Returns for Any Reason (Our 90-Day Guarantee)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your VivaThrive supplement, you may request a full refund within 90 days of your purchase date. No questions asked. This applies to both opened and unopened products.

  • No return shipping required unless specifically requested by our support team.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at hello@tryvivathrive.com. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping costs, if applicable).

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or defective item

  • Brief description of the issue

Multi-Item Bundles or Promotions

For bundle offers (e.g., "Buy 2 Get 1 Free"), all items must be returned or accounted for to qualify for a full refund.

If you return part of a discounted bundle, we will recalculate the refund based on the actual price of the items kept. This ensures fairness to all customers.

Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request:

  2. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.

  3. In most cases, refunds are processed without requiring a physical return.

Refund Processing

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time:

  • 3–5 business days for us to process after approval

  • Additional 3–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us.

EU Customers – 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
